Barry Banther CMC, CSP

Barry Banther has studied and practiced leadership for over three decades. He has learned what it takes to set goals, identify obstacles, and grow profitability. His success as an effective leader is widely documented. He was among the youngest broadcasting executives ever to manage multiple major market stations before the age of 30. He served in the administration of three Florida Governors as their appointee to oversee private higher education. He was elected to an unprecedented four terms as Chairman of the State Board of independent Colleges and Universities. He has served as a college president, business executive, and community leader. He has written over fifty leadership training programs, many of which are used by Fortune 100 businesses around the world. He has been the lead management consultant in over 400 engagements and made over 2100 presentations on “Effective Leadership Strategy.” This body of work has earned him the highest recognition as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).

 

David Banther, MS

David serves as General Manager for Banther Consulting, and helps businesses and individuals use social media and technology as a tool to grow their business. David also assists Banther Consulting’s clients with custom web-based surveys and behavioral assessments. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hillsdale College and a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University. David also studied International Communications at Regents College in London. He is currently pursuing a graduate certification in business administration from the Mendoza College of Business from The University of Notre Dame. David is a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants. David gives back to his hometown by serving on the Board of Directors for the Tarpon Springs Boys & Girls Club and as a member on the Heritage Preservation Board for the City of Tarpon Springs. David, a proud Florida naitive, resides with his wife Ruth and daughter Olivia in Tarpon Springs. 

 

Lori Day

Lori Day, is a twenty-five year financial services leader turned executive coach. Lori brings a diverse level of experience in sales, operations, risk management, organizational design, strategic planning and leadership development to her clients.  During her corporate career, Lori enjoyed many successes coaching individuals and developing teams across multiple cultures, time zones, and disciplines.  She now specializes in coaching executive woman.   Lori is a wife and mother to four children and knows what it’s like to climb the corporate ladder in a skirt.

 

 

 

 

Brittany Johnson, AA

Brittany provides complete support online and in person to each coaching client. Beginning with the PGA1 & PGA2, Personal Behavioral Assessments, and online learning tools, she is a virtual “Assistant Coach”. Brittany holds an Associate's Degree from Clearwater Christian College and has a depth of experience in client/customer service.
